Free Shipping and Easy Returns

We offer free shipping on all outgoing orders and we sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your BOATBOOTS!

However, if you need to exchange the size or return your BOATBOOTS, simply contact us at post@boatboot.no to initiate the process.

Your request for an exchange or return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order. When requesting an exchange or return, please provide your order number and specify the items you are returning. Use the attached return shipping label for the return. The return shipping fee is 99 NOK, which will be deducted from your refund (if the order has already been paid). If the order has not been paid yet, your invoice will be reduced by 99 NOK.

If you need a different size, you can place a new order directly through our online store. As always, shipping for outgoing orders is free of charge.
